It will never be possible that lawsuits might one day be unnecessary. People needs laws and policies in order to have a solid governance.

Could individual access to assistive technology be moved to the cloud?
A new initiative is aimed at moving assistive-technology resources for individuals with disabilities to the cloud, says computer access specialist Jane Berliss-Vincent, a presenter at the recent American Library Association conference. The Global Public Inclusive Infrastructure would allow users to set their assistive preferences using a secure personalized interface, which could be accessed from any device at any location.
